Massage These Stress Points To Immediately Relax A Fussy Or Crying Baby
Reflexology is an ancient method to relieve pain, by using pressure points throughout the body. and it is a natural alternative to reduce the pain.
It is also a natural alternative to reduce the pain.People are seeking to assist their babies through reflexology, especially those newborns who are still adjusting to their new world.
Here are six things you can do to help young children, using reflexology.
Experts also note that before practicing reflexology, the baby should be relaxed and have a warm bath to encourage blood flow.
1) Head and Tooth Ache
Babies often have head and teeth pain. If your child shows signs of these pains, massage the tips of their toes. Doing this while the baby is asleep helps as well.
2) Sinus Pain
Sinus pain can be annoying as an adult, but for newborns that have never experienced this, it is an agony. Massage the center underside of your baby’s toes. For extra pain relief, apply a gentle pressure.
3) Chest
When your baby is experiencing congestion in the chest, massaging the pads of the feet, just under the toes and above the arch can ease the pain. Rub the foot in circular motion and apply gentle pressure to relieve congestion and coughing problems.
4) Stomach Pain (solar plexus)
To relieve upset tummies, spasms, tightness and trouble breathing, parents can massage the center of the foot below the pads where the arch begins. This area is connected to the Solar Plexus, a collection of nerves between the stomach and lungs.
5) Abdomen Pain (Upper and Lower)
For constipation, heartburn, and indigestion, massage the area between the pads and the middle of your child’s foot. If the baby is having pains from gas and bloating in the lower intestine, massage the area between the middle of their feet and heels.
6) Pelvis
Babies can grow faster than the pace their body is ready for, and pain in the hips is a common issue for those. Rubbing the heel can also help with this problem.
Parents can apply reflexology as an everyday method to relax their babies. Try these out to help your little ones!
