Father Of Seven Leaves Wife After 23 Years To Live As A Six Year Old Girl
A Canadian father of seven has left his wife of 23 years to live life as a six-year-old girl.
Stefonknee Wolscht revealed she was a transgender and six-years-old girl despite being 48-years-old and had been married for 23 years. Stefonknee is now living with an adoptive family because she “doesn’t want to be an adult right now.”
Wolscht said that her marriage ended after being given an ultimatum from her wife who told her ‘to stop being Trans or leave.’ She says that for her being told to stop being Trans was not something she could do. “It would be like telling me to stop being you know, 6 foot 2 or leave,” she says.
Stefonknee spoke in a video excerpt from the Transgender Project web series where she explained that she was always transgender and the concept scared her. “It floored me; it scared me because I didn’t know how to not be Trans.”
The Transgender Project series reported that Stefonknee became suicidal and was hospitalized back in 2009. After her wife accused her of harassment and assault and pressed charges for a restraining order.
Stefonknee’s eldest daughter sent her an invitation to her wedding in 2012 on the condition that she “dress like her dad” and not interact with any other family members. As a result of the strain and stress, Stefonknee attempted suicide on the day of her daughter’s wedding.
Wolscht knew that she would never be accepted by her wife and kids and has moved on. She now has a job ploughing snow and has a new family made up of friends and a new relationship.
“I can’t deny I was married. I can’t deny I have children, but I’ve moved forward now and I’ve gone back to being a child. I don’t want to be an adult right now and I just live my life like I couldn’t when I was in school,” she explains.
Stefonknee says that life is good for her now. She has an adoptive ‘mummy and daddy’ who are comfortable with her being a little girl. They have children and grandchildren who are completely supportive of Stefonknee.
“I’m allowed to be exactly who I am and I don’t have to apologize or make excuses why I’m different.”
In fact, her new parents’ youngest granddaughter always wanted a little sister and Stefonknee has stepped into that role. She says, “We have a great time. We color, we do kids’ stuff. It’s called play therapy, no medication, no suicide thoughts and I just get to play.
