UPDATE: Gwaltney gets 93 years for raping infant in Carter Co.

A man who a Carter County family trusted as a friend to babysit their infant son was sentenced to 93 years in prison Wednesday in Criminal Court for raping the child and filming the crime on an iPad.

Mark Alan Gwaltney, 52, took a plea deal with prosecutors earlier this year on a variety of charges including aggravated rape of a child and especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor.

The family told News 5 in May that it was the only time that they had let Gwaltney watch the child while they ran errands. The couple’s other child discovered the video clips of the sex acts on the iPad a few days later.

Police said the incident took place in October 2015.

The baby’s father, William McCool, said that Gwaltney was a former military police officer with children of his own.

However, a liberal judge ultimately looked at the rape victim and told her that she’d be getting no compensation since the abuse was her fault because of one thing she failed to do.

As the Muslim minority grows in Europe, so does the demand for Sharia law. Disguised as a call for religious and cultural tolerance, Muslims command special privilege when it comes to their faith. Of course, once it’s determined that practices must be respected simply because they’re aspects of a religion, then the more violent and oppressive Islamic compulsions begin to surface and the Islamo-sympathizing judges who supported such tolerance are forced to stick by their flawed liberal mentality.

When Sammy Woodhouse was just 14 years old, she became the victim of one of England’s infamous Muslim child-sex rings, which are comprised of mostly Pakistani men who deliberately target thousands of white British girls as sex slaves. Her abuser, then-24-year-old Arshid Hussain, not only groomed, kidnapped, and repeatedly raped her but impregnated the terrified teen before she finally managed to convey the horrific abuse to authorities. Now that she’s 32, Woodhouse has waived anonymity to come forward and reveal perhaps the most disturbing aspect of the controversial Rotherham grooming gang trials.

The Telegraph reports that although Woodhouse was just 14 when she was held as a sex slave and impregnated by her Muslim rapist, a government justice within the compensation body told her that she did not deserve monetary compensation because they believe she had “consented” to the rapes.

“I am not satisfied that your consent was falsely given as a result of being groomed by the offender,” a letter from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority told her. “The evidence does not indicate that you were manipulated or progressively lured into a false relationship.”

The government body, which is taxpayer-funded, ruled that Woodhouse was complicit in her sexual abuse, despite being under the legal age of consent at the time of the crimes. The CICA ruled that she would be awarded no damages even though her courageous testimony led to the conviction of one of the ringleaders in 2016, saving countless other girls from the same fate she suffered.

Disturbingly, Woodhouse isn’t the only victim to be denied compensation by the organization. At least 700 child victims, some who were as young as 12 when they were introduced to the rapists, were refused payments on the grounds that they had been willing parties to the crimes, The Guardian reports.

“If an adult can privately think that it’s a child’s fault for being abused, beaten, raped, abducted, I think you’re in the wrong job,” Woodhouse said.

However, Woodhouse wasn’t ready to allow the government to enact such flagrant exploitation of child victims. After battling the CICA, attorney David Greenwood announced that his client was finally awarded the compensation she deserves.

“I am utterly shocked by the notion that decision-makers in a government organisation can consider that 14- or 15-year-old girls can consent to sex with adults. They decided she must have consented when it’s just not legally possible,” Greenwood said.

Now, the CICA fears it will come under an investigation regarding many cases in which it either denied legitimate victims compensation or ordered payments to false victims. As such, it quickly retracted its initial ruling and issued a desperate statement.

“CICA has decided to mount an urgent re-examination of its own internal guidelines, in particular to make sure that there is no risk that a child could be disqualified from compensation because they had been groomed,” CICA Justice Secretary David Liggington said.

Hussain was one of 3 Muslim brothers who led a sadistic grooming gang that was free to abuse 15 white girls, one as young as 11, for nearly 20 years. From 1987 to 2003, the gang subjected the children to violent and degrading sexual acts including rape, forced prostitution, and sex slavery. The girls are among over 1,400 child victims of Muslim rape gangs that plague the UK. Hussain was sentenced to 35 years in jail for rape, abduction, and indecent assault.

Not only are Westerners facing a justice system that enables Sharia law, we have millions of Muslims who adhere to a religion that commands violence and oppression flocking to our borders. In fact, their prophet modeled this inhumanity and even quoted the Quran to justify his barbaric conquests.

The Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) sent a military expedition to Awtas on the occasion of the battle of Hunain. They met their enemy and fought with them. They defeated them and took them captives. Some of the Companions of the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) were reluctant to have intercourse with the female captives in the presence of their husbands who were unbelievers. So Allah, the Exalted, sent down the Qur’anic verse: (Sura 4:24) “And all married women (are forbidden) unto you save those (captives) whom your right hands possess.” (Abu Dawud 2150, also Muslim 3433)

As long as we invite in those who adhere to Islam, we are welcoming in an ideology that commands the rape and sexual slavery of those who refuse to convert to it. While it is only affecting a few thousand at the moment, the larger the Muslim population grows, the more this abuse will spread.
