Shocking Footage Of Distraught Toddler Clutching At Legs Of Drunk Parents

A Disturbing video has emerged online of a crying infant desperately trying to wake up his “drunk” and comatose parents.

The toddler cries as his parents sit slumped with their heads on their chests outside a block of flats in the Ukrainian city of Zaporozhye.

The incident was shockingly the second time cops had been called out to the parents that day. Earlier, the police officers found the pair passed out and surrounded by drinks in what appears to be a park as their son sat in his nearby in his pram. His bottle lay among his parents’ glasses.

Following this incident they were cautioned and sent on their way, reported Faktiy.

However just hours later cops were called again to discover the child grasping his father’s leg. Officers then picked up the dismayed toddler, put him back in his pram and hauled the couple back to the police station.

The parents are being investigated on child neglect and cruelty charges.

Ukrainian social media users were completely horrified at the danger the couple had placed their little son in.

The footage, which was recorded on a cop’s chest camera, was released by police as a warning to other parents.
