Proud Mom Tweets Michelle Obama And Gets Surprise Of A Lifetime
It’s been a busy news week for presidential spouses.
Current First Lady Melania Trump has been causing a stir for her near-complete media blackout.
Mrs. Trump canceled all public appearances soon after the news broke about the alleged 2006 affair President Trump had with porn star Stormy Daniels, just months after Melania gave birth to their son, Barron.
The State of the Union address was the first time Melania appeared in public in weeks, and even then she made history by taking her own motorcade to the capitol building without the president.
Former first lady Michelle Obama, however, has enjoyed much better press recently. She stormed back into the news Wednesday with an appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres show which had social media buzzing.
But later in the day, Mrs. Obama reminded us that a true First Lady doesn’t stop inspiring us when she leaves the White House.
Twitter user Audrey Dow tweeted a pic of her 9-year-old daughter, who had dressed up as First Lady Obama for a school assignment.

Michelle Obama, who never misses an opportunity to reward and inspire young women across the globe, took to Twitter and broke the internet with her reply, and made a young girl’s year in the process.
