  • Recently, the toddler went viral for posting a makeup tutorial of Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty line.
  • In the video, Samia uses foundation, concealer, highlighter, as well as some lip gloss to create a unique look.

  • The video now has over 83,000 views on YouTube at the time of this post.

Since the launch, the buzz surrounding Fenty Beauty just seems to be growing stronger.

Of the thousands of product reviews and makeup tutorials by vloggers on YouTube, one video created by 2-year-old Samia Ali stands out — and the video was recently endorsed by Rihanna herself.

The four-minute video which we first read about on Refinery29 was first uploaded to the toddler’s YouTube channel, Samia’s Life, on September 16. Then, on September 18, Rihanna shared a clip of Samia’s tutorial on her Instagram page. The video has since collected over 84,000 views on YouTube.

In the tutorial, Samia uses the Fenty foundation, concealer stick, “Trophy Wife” gold highlighter, plus some lip gloss to create a rather unique makeup look. Literally gleaming with pride, her favorite item appeared to be the highlighter as she opted to cover her entire face with it.

“Thank you to my highlighter,” Samia said with a smile before the video ends.

Just plain adorable.

The viral video got a major boost in traffic after Rihanna shared a clip on her Instagram account on September 18, where it has been watched nearly four million times. “Check out the best review on @fentybeauty yet!!! thanks @samiaslife,” she wrote.

The star’s fans then left some praises in the comments. “The cutest ever,” one user wrote. While another person said, “Mi [sic] can’t bother with Samia she is too much!! Lol too cute.”

Fenty Beauty officially debuted on September 8 with a foundation range which includes 40 shades — one of the largest offerings by a luxury brand to date.

As for Samia, it makes complete sense that her video would be so successful. It turns out she’s actually the daughter of YouTube personality LaToya Forever who has a whopping 1.3 million subscribers, according to Refinery29.

Woman Goes Viral After This Amazing Breastfeeding Act

Breastfeeding is a choice as well as a privilege and many mothers have a difficult time breastfeeding and may stop for many reasons. I made the decision to breastfeed both of my boys and was meet with opposition, especially from my ownparents who became embarrassed of me! They had formula-feed my brothers and I in the Philippines and saw breastfeeding in public as inappropriate.

I remember sitting on a toilet in a public restroom at the mall feeding my son in order to avoid vicious comments and ugly looks. It didn’t matter that my son and I were completely covered.

So how amazing would it have been for me if breastfeeding stigma didn’t exist? Amazing, but unfortunately I may never know because my boys are long past breastfeeding days.

So, when I came across Briar Lusia Mcqueen’s Facebook post this morning about a woman that showed the greatest love to a breastfeeding mother, my heart just melted.

After Briar’s son became fussy in the restaurant, she did what all mothers do and took care of his needs; she breastfed him at the table. A woman then approached her, complimented her on being a great mother, and began to cut up her food so she can eat as well.

I wished that I was there! I would hug her with my eyes filled to tears, thank her repeatedly, pay for her food and offer to make her meals. I would then submit her to my local news station’s Pay It Forward Program because this small, but incredibly kind and loving act needs to be seen for all of society to see what it means to love and respect one another.

I felt a sense of renewed hope in our society after reading Briar’s Facebook post.  For the end of public restroom toilet feedings, inappropriate commentary and disgusted looks all together, I hope this post is the start of many more so that when my boys have children of their own, the breastfeeding stigma will not exist for their wives because motherhood is difficult enough without it.
