EJ has shown off his svelte figure in recent years, a result of a gastric sleeve surgery he underwent in 2014.
The socialite initially lost 50lbs from the surgery, which removed 80 percent of his stomach tissue.
He told People about his history with fad diets the same year.
‘[Weight] is something that I’e been struggling with for pretty much all my life,’ he said, which led him to consider the surgical option.
‘Nothing was working, and I wanted to make a more permanent decision to get back on track,’ he explained. ‘[But] I wanted to wait until I was a little bit older to know how to handle myself afterwards.’
