Just six months ago, Jeremiah Peterson, 39, from Montana, weighed 280lbs (20 stone).

Jeremiah had regular fast food binges and a nightly beer drinking habit, which made him unhealthy.

His situation also made him hard to keep up with his children that left him out of breath.

And in July 2017, he realised he needed to make a change.

He also had a really strict diet called Keto diet, which is high in fats, vegetables and lean protein.

After all the hard work, the result is impressive.

He achieved his weight loss transformation in just 152 days.

Peterson is practically unrecognisable in comparison to his before pictures.
