Child Protective Services Concerned for Dream Kardashian’s Safety?

It’s a big thing to accuse a mother of doing something to their child. Regardless of who the woman is – famous, obscure or infamous, how high or low her financial status – accusing a woman of child neglect or abuse is a really serious allegation.

There are women who most definitely deserve to have child protective services called on them, there’s no doubt about that. We’ve all seen so many horrific news reports of what happens when social workers and authorities miss crucial signs and a little one ends up dead.

However, the mere suggestion that you’re a neglectful or abusive mother is really enough to damage anyone’s reputation. This is exactly why Blac Chyna’s team is coming out fighting this week.

The gruelling drama between Rob Kardashian and his former fiancée Blac Chyna just does not seem to end. It continues to rumble on months after they finally split up. The former couple is just days away from returning to court in relation to the restraining order the mom-of-two filed against the reality TV star after hhe posted nude photos of her on Instagram and Twitter without her consent back in July.

Then, on Monday, TMZ added fuel to the fire suggesting that their sources claim that the LA County Dept. of Children and Family Services is allegedly taking legal steps to check that Dream Kardashian is safe.

The website alleges that the department has gone so far as to go to the LA County Dependency Court to make sure the 10-month-old baby is protected. TMZ alleges that an investigation had been launched – while Blac Chyna and Kardashian were still together – because of the former stripper’s alleged drug use.

While the website said that it didn’t know the status of the case, the 29-year-old’s lawyer Lisa Bloom tried to clarify the situation.

The attorney said to PEOPLE on Tuesday: “Chyna is a loving, devoted mother who simply wants to peacefully co-parent her healthy, happy baby Dream with Rob. We are unaware of any current investigation suggesting otherwise. We have not received notice of any DCFS filing nor have we been able to find any in the court files.”

Jennifer Lopez Receives Criticism For How She’s Raising Her Kids

In a recent interview with PEOPLE, Lopez says that her 8-year-old twins Emme and Max are being homeschooled simply because she doesn’t get to see them as often as she would like to because of her gruesome work schedule.

With the kids at her side, not only do they get to continue learning, but they also have more opportunities to spend time as a family.

She said, “We don’t have a normal life. I don’t have normal kids. I’m not normal. So our life is not normal. I’ve come to terms with that.”

What’s more, Lopez says that she always feels so pressured to send her children to a traditional school so her kids can have the same experiences as other kids their age.

She further explained, “Everybody’s like, ‘You should have them in school, they need friends.’ It drives me – it can drive you crazy. They are super happy, well-adjusted, loving, caring kids, and that’s the most important thing. We’ll get them educated – homeschool is great for them, when we have to do it. The most important thing is that they’re with their mom — that they don’t feel abandoned by a parent.”

Unfortunately, her critics are now blasting her by commenting with, “Seriously? She comes off so self-absorbed it’s disgusting. Her kids should be in school even if it’s a private school! The kids need to be around their own kind to learn how to socialize and interact. I believe she is doing more harm than good!” along with:

“They should go to school. She’s just to lazy and selfish to be bothered with that. And she figures they will just live off her money later on anyway. Just because she dropped out of college, doesn’t mean they should be educated. They need to be properly educated! Not just when she “thinks” they need it.”

Well if it works for Jennifer and her kids are happy – who are these critics to judge?
