JERRY SANDUSKY’S SON PLEADS GUILTY TO CHILD SEX ABUSE Faces 8 Yrs. In Prison

Jerry Sandusky’s 41-year-old son, Jeffrey Sandusky, pled guilty to 12 felonies Friday in his child sex abuse case … and faces up to 8 years in prison.

Police launched an investigation into Sandusky in 2016 after he allegedly sent text messages to underage girls requesting nude photos. In February 2017, J.S. was arrested and charged with 12 felonies and 2 misdemeanors … including multiple counts of child sexual abuse.

Sandusky was set to go to trial next week in Centre County, Pennsylvania … but entered an early plea of guilty to all counts with the court in the hope of getting a lighter sentence.

According to reports, he’s guaranteed to serve at least 3 years in state prison … however, the judge has the power to put him behind bars for as many as 8 years.
Jeffrey’s dad, Jerry, is still in prison doing a 30-to-60-year stretch after being convicted of 45 counts of child sex abuse back in 2012.

Police in Cleveland say a woman stabbed her boyfriend several times after finding him naked on top of her 12-year-old daughter.

A Cleveland woman repeatedly stabbed her boyfriend in a fit of rage after finding him naked on top of her daughter, according to police records.

Neither the woman nor man has been charged in connection with the incident that happened at a West 58th Street home near Denison Avenue in the city’s Stockyards neighborhood, but police are investigating it as a potential rape case, records show.

The 31-year-old man was stabbed five times in his chest and once in the back of his head, a police report says. He was treated at MetroHealth.

Police went to the home around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday after the woman went outside and screamed for help. She called police saying that “her boyfriend tried touching her daughter and she stabbed him,” records say.

The man told police that his girlfriend may have attacked him because she thought her 12-year-old daughter had feelings for him, but he would not offer further details about the incident, the report says.

The woman and her daughter gave a different account of what happened.

The woman told police that she was headed to bed when she spotted the man naked on top of the girl, the report says.

“In a fit of rage, (she) grabbed her pocket knife and attacked him,” the report says.

The pair struggled over the knife as they fought, the report says. The man grabbed the woman by the neck, threw her against the wall, and later kicked down the front door after she pushed him outside, the report says.

The woman and her daughter suffered lacerations to their hands during the struggle, the report says.

In a police interview, the girl told investigators that the man touched her under her clothing, removed her pants and took his clothes off as well, the report says. The girl said that the man told her “this is what it is like in the real world when you have a boyfriend,” before sexually assaulting her, the report says.

The girl underwent a sexual assault examination at MetroHealth, the report says.

The death of toddler Semaj Crosby, found in a Joliet Township home that later burned to the ground, has been ruled a homicide by the Will County coroner’s office, the Chicago Sun-Times is reporting.

In a statement Friday afternoon, the coroner’s office announced the 17-month-old’s death was a homicide caused by asphyxia.

A spokesperson for the Will County sheriff’s office could not be reached for comment.

Neil Patel, the attorney representing Semaj’s mother, Sheri Gordon, said the coroner’s ruling was “not a finding that surprises us.”

“We are doing everything we can to cooperate with the sheriff’s investigation to the best of our abilities,” Patel said. “Our concern right now is bringing to justice the people that did this horrible thing.”

Asked to identify who those people might be, Patel declined to elaborate.

Semaj lived in an 864-square-foot home in the 300 block of Louis Road with her mother, three siblings, paternal grandmother, paternal aunt, her two young children and her parolee boyfriend. Gordon’s Section 8 housing voucher was allotted for only her and her children, Joliet housing officials previously said.

The sheriff’s office said the home was in “very deplorable” condition when the child was found on April 27.
Semaj was found dead under a couch in the house about midnight April 26.

The day before, DCFS had been at the home investigating a child-neglect allegation, but saw “no obvious hazards or safety concerns” for Semaj or siblings, state officials said. Semaj, her three siblings and mother all slept in the same bedroom.

About two-and-a-half hours after the visit from DCFS, the toddler was reported missing, prompting a massive search of the subdivision near Joliet. A top police official said a lawyer for the girl’s mother made them get a search warrant before they entered the home and found the girl.

Less than two weeks after Semaj was found dead, the house burned to the ground. Authorities said arson was “most likely” the cause.
