Coscto Canada has taken Pekkle baby sleepers from its shelves, following a complaint in mid-April that a snap fell off and scratched a child.
“We pulled out the product and notified Health Canada and the supplier, and then we’re expecting directions from Health Canada,” Costco spokesperson Ron Damiani said.
Health Canada has not announced an official recall of the baby sleepers just yet, however, they are reviewing the case.
If you have a Pekkle sleeper, you should not use it. Costco has not indicated whether they are offering refunds for the Pekkle sleepers as yet.
