Ellen Rigney was in bed with her husband when she suddenly heard a man’s voice coming from the Nest camera that was connected to her son’s bedroom.
Nest is now blaming the hack on the users’ poor password security and is warning affected customers to reset their passwords and to set up two-factor authentication.
