I may just be giving my age away but Beverly Hills, 90210 was certainly one of my favourite television programs as a teen.

While many of the cast members have managed to keep a relatively low profile since the 90210 era, one cast member seems to find herself constantly being criticized on social media. Tori Spelling’s holiday family picture is the latest to cause a big stir.

You have to admit that it seems like whatever Tori Spelling does or says these days, her critics are always after her.

Spelling first became a tabloid target when she left her husband for her co-star at the time, Dean McDermott in 2005.

Both Spelling and McDermott were married when they co-starred in the made for TV movie Mind Over Murder.

McDermott reportedly left his wife, Mary Jo Eustace with whom he shared son Jack, for Spelling. The couple now share five kids together and have had their fair share of scandals and drama over the years.

Her latest Instagram photo is probably no different. What looks like a sweet, innocent family holiday photo has many reading A LOT in to Spelling’s caption and pointing out one huge issue with the picture.

It may seem hard to believe, but Tori and Dean are now the parents of five children, with Dean also sharing son Jack with ex-wife Mary Jo Eustace.

Their family is definitely growing with kids Liam, 10,  Stella, 9, Hattie, 6, Finn, 5; and baby Beau, now 8 months all seeming to be growing up so quickly.

Spelling took to her Instagram account  recently where she shared the family’s holiday photo as part of an ad campaign and people immediately took note of Spelling’s caption and began to wonder if another Spelling/McDermott child was on the way!

“So excited for our 2017 holiday card… I just couldn’t wait to show off our growing family!” Spelling captioned the picture of her large family.

People noted that she wrote ‘growing family,’ and instead of just assuming she was talking about her growing children, many wondered if Spelling was hinting that she was pregnant again!

The ‘growing family’ comment could mean her kids were growing, but others felt that Spelling might be hinting at something else.

Growing up I presume, not in numbers,” wrote one person who was looking for clarification on her caption.

“Growing family? Does that mean you’re expecting?? Gorgeous photo!!” wrote another who clearly thinks that Spelling is pregnant. “NO MORE CHILDREN PLEASE!!! You can’t afford the ones you have!” wrote one person who really hopes the former 90210 star isn’t having any more kids!

Regardless of what Spelling meant, she’s clearly confusing her fans and followers.

” umm… growing?? Are pregnant?” wrote one confused fan.

Spelling’s caption wasn’t the only thing to confuse her followers, the absence of McDermott’s 19-year-old son Jack had her fans questioning his whereabouts.

Many wondered how the Mom can claim that her holiday photo is a ‘family’ photo if McDermott’s oldest son is missing?

While some commenters focused on whether Spelling and McDermott were going to be growing their brood, many were critical of the fact that Jack wasn’t in the family pic.

Here are some of the questioning comments:

“Well, what about his other son?”

“Sooo where’s the step son!?!?!? Apparently not a part of THIS family!?!?!?!?!?”

“Where’s Jack?”

“Where is Jack, Dean’s oldest son, at?”

“Where is your husband’s kids?”

“Very nice. but aren’t u forgetting deans older son”

“Where is dean’s son in this photo? Seems like he is always left out.How sad”

Many came to the actresses defense, answering that perhaps Jack didn’t want to be included in the photo especially since his mother recently went public claiming McDermott is well behind on child support payments.

Others wondered whether he was simply not in town when the rest of the family posed for the picture.

Still, it doesn’t seem like poor Spelling can catch a break. No matter what she posts, there’s always someone who has something negative to say.
