If you didn’t know already – singer, Pink, is currently expecting baby #2!
Pink shared a super cute picture of her 5-year-old daughter Willow getting ready to be a big sister by changing her doll’s diaper and the internet loved it.
But, after posting a very cute and very relatable picture to social media, the singer has come under fire by the mommy police who feel that their job is to school celebrities (and basically anyone else) on exactly what they can eat and drink while pregnant.
Pink announced her pregnancy with her second baby just 3 weeks ago, sharing a photo of daughter Willow cradling her significant baby bump.
Pink probably thought that waiting so long to announce her pregnancy would reduce the amount of shaming by the mommy police, but she was wrong!
Recently the singer posted a very relatable picture to her Instagram account, showing her sitting on the floor while taking her cup of coffee from the microwave.
She captioned the pic writing, “When microwaving your decaf coffee becomes an excuse to sit on the floor and rest for a while…. #help #reststop #illjustbehereifyouneedme”
What was supposed to be a cute and hilarious picture that I’m sure many Moms can relate to – was ruined by the shakers.
The targeted Pink for drinking a cup OF DECAF COFFEE!!
Comments on her Instagram like; “Can i give you a solid? Don’t microwave anything! All food/drinks loose there essence after microwaving for more than 60 seconds,”.
It seems that these moms couldn’t wait to tell Pink all about how dangerous her cup of microwaved decaf is for her unborn baby.
“You are not supposed to drink coffee when you are pregnant.”
“Coffee ain’t good for baby. Shame”
“It’s one thing that she’s drinking coffee but the second thing is that she microwaves which kills all and everything in the milk if she uses milk is not good for the baby.”
“Three doctors told me coffee is coffee, decaf or not. Caffeine is in both, of course one more so than the other. I wasn’t even a coffee drinker, sheesh. Feeding addictive stimulants to an unborn baby. Well, that’s your choice. Too many lists so I just stayed away from anything that may disturb my baby’s growth. A very worthwhile price so my baby can grow healthy and free of my not so healthy choices. My babies were so worth it. They come first, always. Hey, no ones place to judge. (Well, no one that doesn’t know you.) That’s your choice, and yours alone.”
Sheesh! Seriously…
What are your thoughts on all this shaming going on?
