Megan Fox is quite used to being in the public eye.
But there’s one thing that even the most famous celebrities never get used to — and thats the amount of critiques from anonymous Internet trolls.
Whats even worse is when they start to target their negative words at your children.
Megan occasionally gives fans to a glimpse at her personal life, like her 3 adorable little boys Noah, Bodhi, and Journey, whom she shares with 90210 alum Brian Austin Green.
Megan recently posted a cute snapshot of her two eldest sons hanging out on the beach. It’s an innocent photo of the kids sitting next to each other in the sand wearing coordinating wet suits for a day of sun and surf.
But the Internet just doesn’t tolerate nice things, comments soon started coming in about the boys’ appearance.
Megan was basically mommy-shamed because some people think her sons’ hair is too long.
Yep – that’s right, a bunch of random people just felt the need to tell her that Noah and Bodhi look like girls.
“Their hair is a wee bit on the long side,” said one commenter.
Another said, “Babes who need a hair cut!”
And one of the worst, ”Poor darlings they look like they’re wearing wigs!”
Megan hasn’t bothered to reply to any of the negativity.
On the other hand, many came to her defense as the voice of reason against these shamers.
“Who said boys have to have short hair?” asked one Megan Fox defender. “You don’t see people tripping when women cut their hair short? It’s a fashion statement then right? Stop with the old fashioned stereotypes. It’s 2018 get with it.”
Another person agreed with the sentiment.
“They can look however they want to look! They are adorable little ones. Poor you for being such a close minded loser!”
While another said, “What gorgeous long haired boys! I have a long haired son too, he loves his long locks and rocks them also”
Last year Megan was also shamed for allowing her sons to wear dresses, so clearly she could not care less about what other people think.
“The boys can wear dresses,” she said in an interview with Jimmy Kimmel. “There are no rules—you can be whatever you want to be in my house!”
We love the fact that Megan can stay level-headed and not entertain these shamers, when dealing with so much negativity – it just makes her one strong Mom!
