BREAKING NEWS: Two Naked Children Covered In White Powder, Including Dead Baby, Found In Parking Lot

Authorities found an unconscious woman and her two small children in a Los Angeles parking lot on Thursday, covered in layer of white powder. The youngest child, a baby girl, later died.

Los Angeles Times reports that around 1:45 a.m. on early Thursday morning, police responded to a call regarding a screaming woman on San Pedro and 23rd St. When they arrived, they discovered a woman, her 8-year-old daughter, and a 1 to 2-month old baby, all covered in a white powdery substance. The woman, assumed to be around 26 or 27 years old, was lying unconscious in a parking lot behind a business. Her children, also unconscious, were found lying next to her.

Authorities rushed the family to a local hospital. While the woman was now in stable condition, the 8-year-old girl was listed in stable condition. The baby did not make it, but it’s still unclear what caused the death.

According to Sunhee Chung, a woman who manages a nearby liquor store, the mom and her children were in the parking lot on Wednesday night, all naked and covered in white powder. The woman stood on the corner breastfeeding the infant. Shortly after, the woman reportedly began walking car to car, trying to open the doors on each vehicle.

Johnett Green, a neighbor, told police she saw the woman arguing with her boyfriend earlier that night. She indicated that the boyfriend would often scream and curse at her, and once broke a window looking for her. Green said the woman appeared to be sober.

“That’s why I’m very amazed and wondering how in the hell this could happen,” Green said.

Officers reported responding to a deadly assault threat earlier that night at the home where it the woman was said to live. LAPD Lt. Chris Ramirez noted white powder in one of the rooms, but with no evidence of a crime, they left.

CBS LA reports that the hazmat team is currently processing the white powder to determine what it is.

The woman and her children had no signs of external injuries.

The story was still developing. Check back with us as additional details become available.

Viral: Mom Sits Behind NFL Star on Plane. End of Flight Hands Him Note, Says ‘Read It Later’ and Walks Away

You hear all kinds of stories out there involving professional athletes neglecting or denying their potential as role models for youth. Not every one of them embrace the idea that they have an influence upon the children of today.

There was a case recently in which the actions of one NFL player on an airplane flight caught the attention of a nearby mom. She was sitting behind Mohamed Sanu, who is a wide receiver for the Atlanta Falcons, and what he did caused her to take notice.

His actions on this flight weren’t anything out of the ordinary for him, but what he didn’t know was that he had an audience. A 10-year-old boy was observing the star athlete’s every move.
The nice thing was that Sanu was caught making a lot of responsible choices. For one thing, he was very studious in pouring over his team playbook.

Next, his politeness toward others was very impressive. Finally, he made healthy eating choices by snacking on fruit and drinking juice.
Actions speak louder than words, and this athlete’s actions spoke volumes. The young athlete watching him was deeply impressed, and even though Sanu didn’t notice the family behind him, they certainly noticed him.

It was something that the 10-year-old would always remember. The boy’s mom even took the extra step to make sure Sanu knew what his actions meant to her and her boy.

Mom actually set a wonderful example by recognizing the positive aspects of Sanu’s actions and acknowledging them. So many times, good is done but it goes unnoticed and without validation, which is fine — but if we want more good in the world, we should probably work harder to promote it.

She wanted Sanu to know that they were aware of what he had done. The mother handed him a note, said “read it later,” and just walked away.

It’s wonderful that a successful NFL athlete is “tickled” by the fact he made such a positive impression. “This definitely put a smile on my face … the little things,” Sanu tweeted.

Your actions may not even involve doing anything out of this world, but they could mean a whole lot to someone else who might see them at the right time. You never knew who was looking.
