Nature Made vitamins are my family’s go-to brand. I trust them and haven’t used any other brand. In fact, many of the recalled products are the ones I buy frequently. I’m fortunate that the products I have in my home right now isn’t part of the recall however, I’m not going to take any chances on my family’s health. I threw all of my family’s Nature Made supplements out. Salmonella and staph infection is a real health concern for my family, in particular, my three year old and my one year old. Although Nature Made’s product recall didn’t include their children’s products, these infections can be passed from my husband and I to our babies. They’re immune system are not fully developed and being exposed to these infections could be dangerous.

If you’ve used any of these products recently and have the following symptoms:

Diarrhea
Fever
Body aches
Stomach pain
Nausea
Vomiting

Call 1-800-222-1222 for the American Association of Poison Control Centers and seek medical attention.

This is awful, I use Nature Made melatonin for my sons and my daughter. I most certainly am heading out to buy a different brand today! Sigh.

FANTASTIC — I have been warning and writing numerous articles about these — they are PETROLEUM based and synthetic. By law, they only have to be 10% natural to carry that word “natural” on the label. If you want more info, PM me.
